Johnson County’s COVID-19 transmission rate is currently high. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends the following prevention steps:
- Wear a mask indoors in public
- Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines
- Get tested if you have symptoms
- Additional precautions may be needed for people at high risk for severe illness
The CDC says you should continue wear a mask if you have symptoms, test positive, or are exposed to someone with COVID-19. Please stay home if you have symptoms or an exposure to the virus and self-report any positive case.
